Dr Tom Margham

Tom joined Viavi in 2024 and has established himself as an exceptional clinician and an expert in proactive health management. He was appointed Medical Director and joined the Viavi board in 2026. As Medical Director, Tom leads Viavi's clinical quality, governance and regulatory compliance areas, as well as playing a key role in research and Viavi's AI data management projects. Tom also personally supports many of Viavi's clients in optimising their health.

Prior to joining Viavi, Tom spent many years within the NHS, both as a senior GP and in quality improvement roles.
